Download time series of ICT data for the world, by geographic regions and by level of development, for the following indicators (2005-2017; excel):
  • Fixed-telephone subscriptions
  • Mobile-cellular subscriptions
  • Active mobile-broadband subscriptions
  • Fixed (wired)-broadband subscriptions
  • Households with a computer
  • Households with Internet access at home
  • Individuals using the Internet

Aggregates are based on the ITU regions, and the UN M49 developed/developing country classification

The ICT Facts and Figures features the latest estimates for ITU’s key telecommunication/ICT indicators.
 
The ICT Development Index (IDI) is a composite index that combines 11 indicators into one benchmark measure. It is used to monitor and compare developments in information and communication technology (ICT) between countries and over time. Since 2009, ITU has published IDI values and country ranking annually.
